Its My Passion

In August 2023, I had the opportunity to interact with HODs, professors and thousands of engineering students while I train them on latest technologies. During my conversations, I have come to know that the students are looking for guidance from industry experts. They are anxicious to understand the whole experience of how to land a corporate job.

After this experience, I have started taking keen interest of the candidates who I interviewed for intern, trainee or any entry level role. I have found that most of them are struggling to land their first job with a deep desire to understand what is expected out of them by these companies. Further research on unemployment has lead to the data that though the overall unemployment is lower in India, the unemployment percentage among educated youth in India touches a whooping 42% as per Ajiz Premzi university's "State of working India 2023" report.

Our dream of becoming $5 Trillion economy can only be achieved when educated youth of India are employed.  Thats exactly why MyJobFriend is created. Our goal is to help every diploma, graduate or a post graduate youth in India with knowledge which empowers them to concentrate their energies in the right way and become employed.
